“Getting a DWI was a massive wake-up call, but navigating the legal aftermath was confusing. Ms. Tingle walked me through the entire process and provided the exact documentation I needed for my probation officer. The classes themselves were incredibly eye-opening regarding the actual safety and legal consequences of impaired driving. I learned my lesson, got my certificate of completion without a hassle, and haven’t looked back.”

“I came into the BIPP classes defensive and convinced that I didn’t belong there. Ordered Steps To Recovery challenged my thinking patterns without making me feel attacked. The curriculum made me realize that abusive behavior isn’t just physical—it’s about control. Taking accountability was hard, but this program taught me how to stop blaming others and communicate safely. It genuinely saved my relationship and made me a better partner.”
