“Getting a DWI was a massive wake-up call, but navigating the legal aftermath was confusing. Ms. Tingle walked me through the entire process and provided the exact documentation I needed for my probation officer. The classes themselves were incredibly eye-opening regarding the actual safety and legal consequences of impaired driving. I learned my lesson, got my certificate of completion without a hassle, and haven’t looked back.”

“My anger was ruining my career and destroying my relationships with my family. The anger management sessions here taught me how to recognize the physical signs of rage before I exploded. Learning to pause, evaluate my triggers, and respond constructively has changed my daily life. The counselors at Ordered Steps provide an inviting, relaxed atmosphere where you can open up without fear of judgment.”
